CO-FOUNDER

A systems thinker with a passion for accessible technology and purposeful strategy, Jermane has led multimillion-dollar workforce development programs, founded Shift The Momentum, and co-founded AIILI.

He specializes in executive AI coaching, impactful workshops, and people-centered solutions, all while serving as a deacon at Harvest Church. Jermane, his wife Susan, and their two children call Tacoma home, where curiosity and hope fuel his commitment to lifelong learning and community uplift.

CO-FOUNDER

After earning his MBA at the Stanford GSB, Jason spent 18 years at DaVita, a Fortune 300 healthcare company. Jason led a $300M division and now focuses on leadership effectiveness and organizational culture in his half-time role. 

He also leads the Flourishing Communities Project, which is working toward ecosystem designs that better produce human flourishing.   AIILI was birthed as an initiative in the FCP and he hopes it will help lay the groundwork for a larger vision for flourishing in the coming AI world.
