Who We Are:

AIILI makes artificial intelligence understandable, applicable, and transformational for everyday people and organizations.

The future is built in community.

At the AI Institute for Life Improvement (AIILI), we believe the next generation of innovation toward a better world begins in community spaces, not just corporate boardrooms.

We are building a future where AI literacy leads to human flourishing, and where learning these tools is accessible to all.

Each workshop tells a story.

Our Story:

Founders Jermane Easterlin and Jason Bosh saw early that the world was about to change with AI. They wanted to grow their own skills, but more importantly, they wanted to ensure others had the same opportunity. They recognized AI’s promise as a great equalizer, and the risk that without support, it could deepen divides and limit social mobility.

The first workshop took place at the Bryant Neighborhood Center in Tacoma. Neighbors gathered not in a tech hub or corporate office, but in a community space where questions were welcome and learning felt accessible. Participants left with more than new skills. They discovered how to use AI in their everyday life, effective prompting strategies, how these tools could be applied for good, and that the limit of AI was their imagination. Fear turned into confidence, and curiosity turned into possibility.

From that small beginning, AIILI has grown into both an institute and a movement. Today, we bring AI education into community spaces including churches, schools, nonprofits, and small businesses, while also equipping organizations who seek practical, responsible training. Our vision remains the same: to create a world where AI empowers people everywhere to flourish.
